The Contract

This is an outline of what will become the official contract for my soul. The contract will run for the duration of my lifetime. The winner of my soul will ONLY BE ENTITLED to the specific rights to my life as outlined by the clauses of this soul contract. The owner of my soul will have no control over my free will and will only be allowed to make decisions regarding my life as permitted by the contract. Here is the final list of clauses which will be included in the contract for Gerald Fraller’s soul:

1. A clause, which entitles the owner of my soul to 5 percent of my taxable income for the rest of my life with a guaranteed minimum of $500.00 US Dollars per year.
    
2. A clause, which entitles the owner of my soul the right to chose the first name of any children that I have. The name has to be gender specific and cannot contain profanity, derogatory words, or any other wording that may have a negative impact on the child.
    
3. A clause, which entitles the owner to a 10 percent profit ownership of any intellectual works that I create. The owner will have no control over the works or how I manage or sell the works. They are only entitled to a percentage of the profit in addition to clause 1.
    
4. A clause, which stipulates that I must write a book after the sale of my soul is finalized. I have up to two years to complete the book from the date the contract is signed.
    
5. A clause, which requires that I leave 10 percent of my estate to the owner of my soul in my will.
6. A clause, which requires that I provide the owner of my soul a annual report on the progress of my soul. 
    
7. A clause, which allows the owner of my soul the option of deciding the message to be inscribed upon my tombstone.
    
8. A clause, which allows the owner of my soul the option to plan my wedding. The owner is responsible for any and all unreasonable expenses if they exercise this option.
    
9. A clause, which allows the owner of my soul the option of selecting the date of my marriage.
    
10. A clause, which requires that I send the owner of my soul a birthday card each year, on my birthday.
     
11. A clause, which allows the owner of my soul the option to decide one New Year’s resolution for me each year. I will try my best to meet this request but will not be legally obligated to fulfill this clause.
     
12. A clause, which requires that I perform no less than 40 hours of community service per year. I have complete freedom in selecting the manner I fulfill this obligation.
     
13. A clause, which requires that I plant a minimum of two trees per year.
     
14. A clause, which requires that I donate no less than two times per year. This clause will become void if any medical condition arises which prevents me from donating blood.
     
15. A clause, which requires that I include organ donation in my will.
     
16. A complete release of liability for any and all actions that I take while in possession of the owners soul.
     
17. As such a unique contract will be hard to legally enforce, I agree to sign a waiver of recourse, which removes my right to dispute this contract in any way other that what is laid out in the final and official signed contract.
     
18. Penalties for failure to meet clauses in the contract. If I fail to meet or honor the clauses in this contract then specific penalties may be enforced upon me. These will be finalized during the drafting of the final binding contract.
     
19. A clause, which allows for the owner, if said owner is not satisfied with the performance of my soul, to resell my soul at a price determined by the owner. The owner is entitled to 100 percent of the profit of the resale of my soul. However, any sale of transfer of my soul contract must receive my final approval or it is null and void.
     
20. A clause, which allows me the option to buy back my soul contract for the small price of $1,000,000.00 US Dollars. If I exercise this clause, the owner has no legal recourse and cannot dispute the clause or contract in any way. All clauses would become null and void.
